HOW IT WORKS:
Inside The Advanced Clear Skin Coaching Program, I walk you through the 3 phases of the clear skin journey.
1. Reset
In this phase, we start to re-balance your body and get it ready for deeper healing. We start with calming your nervous system, deeply nourishing your body, balancing insulin levels and gentle removing toxins from your body. This is where we also take a look at your topical skincare and put together the right protocol for you!
2. Heal
In this phase, we take a deep look at your health through lab testing and based on your results, we put together a protocol that addresses your specific imbalances. Often, this phase includes supporting detoxification, healing chronic gut infections, balancing the adrenal glands, hormones and PCOS.
3. Balance
Once the deep healing has been completed, it is time to come off the birth control pill (if that is your goal), re-introduce foods, and wean off supplements. This is the phase where we put together a sustainable protocol to keep your skin clear for good.

Functional Test Interpretation
Let's figure out the root cause of your acne. Dr. Stacey Shillington ND has interpreted hundreds of GI-Mapping, Organic Acid, DUTCH, Mycotoxin and HTMA Tests specifically related to acne. As part of this program, we will determine the best test for you (cost of testing is additional). Dr. Stacey Shillington ND will then review the results and put together your personal protocol.

I know first-hand that acne can be physically and emotionally traumatic. At the age of 28 I experienced crippling acne, the type that literally changed my life. I went from being outgoing, successful and happy to literally curling up in the fetal position hoping that my acne would disappear.
To make matters worse, I could not find a solution. Doctors wanted me to go on medications that I was not comfortable with and the thousands of dollars I spent on topical lotions and potions was pretty much wasted. In sheer desperation, I went back to school for 4 years to study naturopathic medicine - I knew that there had to be a way to heal acne.
After many years of studying and over 17 years of treating patients in clinical practice I can say that I am the expert at treating acne from the inside out. Now it is my mission to help as many people as possible truly heal their acne. In 2017, after suffering with cystic acne since her teens, she stumbled across Dr. Stacey’s program. Over the fall of that year, Hollie worked though the Clear Skin program and was finally free of acne!
Hollie currently lives in Abu Dhabi, UAE, but she’s originally from the picturesque village of Chester, Nova Scotia, Canada. She has two spirited children, Amelia and Jenson and a little doggy Max. In her free time, she loves to exercise, spend too much money at the mall, glamming and dining, fast skiing and sailing. But her favorite hobby is spending the afternoon in the kitchen making elaborate recipes to loud jazz, a moving meditation.
